The famous DJ/producer wants you to know that a recent snowboarding accident will not prevent him from appearing at Coachella this year. However, the dates leading up to the festival, well, that’s another story.

Although Z-Trip’s unfortunate snowboarding accident occurred a week ago, he didn’t undergo surgery until this week when surgeons repaired a broken clavicle. According to a representative, the master mixer is “recovering nicely.”

The list of canceled performances includes tonight’s date in Las Vegas at the Rain Nightclub @ Palms, Saturday’s SXSW gig, an appearance in Dubai March 26 as well as an April 2 appearance back in Vegas, and an April 9 private performance in London.

The accident also forced the DJ to drop out of the “A-Team” movie soundtrack.

But rest assured, Z-Trip will be ready for action come April 17 at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio, Calif.
