Osbourne’s latest single, “Let Me Hear You Scream” will make its world premiere April 14 at 10 p.m. EDT/PDT on an episode of the Big Apple franchise of the crime drama.

In the episode, “Redemptio,” an inmate on death row (played by “Lost” cast member Harold Perrineau) summons Dr. Hawkes (Hill Harper) to a Pennsylvania prison with his final request, forcing the doc to confront a tragic incident from his past he’s kept hidden. And, of course, this being “CSI,” a riot breaks out while he’s there.

“We were looking for something high energy and irreverent to sell the madness of a prison riot,” executive producer and episode writer Peter M. Lenkov explained.

And Ozzy? Well, Ozzy’s thrilled.

“When I heard they were going to use ‘Let Me Hear You Scream’ for a prison riot scene, I thought, ‘Well, now that’s something I know about,’” the singer said, referencing his “unfortunate incarceration” on burglary charges during his teen years.
