Muse Plots More ‘Resistance’

North America gets second dose of Muse come fall when the band launches the leg No. 2 of its “Resistance Tour,” beginning mid-September in Southern California.

The Brit band is touring in support of its latest effort, The Resistance, which gathered 20 No. 1 debuts around the world since its 2009 release. Yes, there’s nothing like success.

Muse embarks on another round of North America dates beginning in San Diego at the Viejas Arena Sept. 22, Anaheim’s Honda Center Sept. 23 and lands in Los Angeles for a show at the Staples Center Sept. 25.

Other cities include Denver (Oct. 2), Minneapolis (Oct. 5), Oklahoma City (Oct. 8), Quebec City (Oct. 21), Charlottesville (Oct. 27) and St. Louis (Nov. 3). Last stop on the leg is Cincinnati at US Bank Arena Nov. 6.

Fan club members get first crack at tickets beginning April 21. General public onsales begin April 23 for Charlottesville and St. Louis, and April 24 for rest of the tour. For more information, click here for the Muse Web site.
