The Gaslight Anthem To Shine In Summer
For many fans who discovered The Gaslight Anthem during the past couple of years, it was the band’s 2008 album, The ’59 Sound, that first caught their attention. But it wasn’t because of any massive publicity campaign that made folks notice the New Jersey-based band. Instead, it was just old-fashioned hard work – recording a great album supported by plenty of concert dates.
The new album – American Slang – is set to drop June 15, but you can preorder it beginning today through American–Slang.com. Produced by Ted Hutt – the man who helmed The ’59 Sound – American Slang will be available via the website which that also includes colored vinyl and limited edition merch.
You can also preorder the CD in the form of a digital download from iTunes that also includes two extra tracks – “She Loves You” and an acoustic version of the title song.
