Jeffrey Bowen, the former GM of the Sears Centre in the Chicago suburb of Hoffman Estates, has reemerged as the CEO of his new company, Starbooker Presents.

The promotion company has already landed exclusive deals with Bojangles’ Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium in Charlotte, N.C.
