The Daily Telegraph says Guns N’ Roses are in negotiation to headline an early December concert in Sydney at the Telstra Sydney 500 V8 Supercars event.

Peter Gabriel posted on his website that he would be in Melbourne in November for a one-off show around the Melbourne Cup horse race.

Speculation of a U2 visit in November intensified after Bono’s surgery. The Irish supergroup’s northern hemisphere tour now begins in Europe, between Aug. 6 and Oct. 8. Live Nation is reluctant to hold its North American shows until early 2011, which leaves a window right after.
