Laurie Anderson fulfilled a lifelong dream June 5 when she played a concert outside the Sydney Opera House where the audience was hundreds of dogs.
She performed her 20-minute “Music for Dogs” as part of the Vivid festival she is curating with her husband Lou Reed.
Originally she wanted to do the piece pitched so high only dogs could hear, but decided to turn it into a “fun” event with her playing the violin and whistles.
