On May 31, Chief Judge Robert Gorin reportedly ordered Mackie to pay four ticketholders, who filed a legal claim seeking $600 in April, a total of $782, according to Northern News Services.
The plaintiffs reportedly purchased 10 tickets for the concert that was to benefit a local sports team. Mackie cited poor ticket sales for the cancellation.
Mackie was given about two weeks to make good on the plaintiffs’ refund but reportedly told NNS he’d already sent the payment.
