Now Playing Bass For Puddle Of Mudd…

Get out your scorecards, folks. We have a lineup change for Puddle Of Mudd.

Today Puddle Of Mudd announced the departure of longtime bassist Doug Ardito, saying friend of the band Damien Starkey will fill in until a permanent bass player is found.

“It’s been a great 9 years of rocking the music of Puddle of Mudd with Doug,” frontman Wes Scantlin said. “We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”

This year has seen Puddle Of Mudd acting like a perpetual touring machine. The band just concluded a run of U.S. headlining and festival gigs in support of the album Volume 4: Songs In The Key Of Love & Hate. Next up is the tour beginning July 16 in Jacksonville, Fla., with Shinedown, Sevendust, Chevelle and 10 Years.
