Swift Outdoes Herself
Swift’s planned “13 Hour Meet & Greet” at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena June 13 began at 8 a.m. and was supposed to wrap at 9 p.m. However, the country star was having so much fun, she kept the party with her fans going until nearly 11 p.m. – almost 15 full hours of meetin’ and greetin’, according to the Tennessean.
“I’m hearing so many amazing stories from people,” Swift said earlier that day. “And I’m seeing a lot of tattoos: Not like biker tattoos, but girls with little ankle tattoos that say ‘Fearless.’”
Fearless is, of course, the name of Swift’s latest best-selling album and the tour that supported it. Turns out the portion of the Bridgestone floor devoted to Swift was filled with “Fearless” tour memorabilia, including outfits and stage props.
In terms of numbers, the Tennessean reports more than 10,000 people went to the arena and Swift spent time with almost 2,000 fans.
