Walsh Joins Mellen

West Australian event promoter Mellen Events appointed Shane Walsh to the newly created position of director of operations, effective July 3.

He has 25 years of experience in the Australian sports and entertainment industry, where he helped stage 750 concerts in 20 venues over the last 25 years.

He will manage and deliver Mellen’s outdoor music events, which last year topped 25 and included Summadayze, Future Music Festival, A Day on the Green and Escape, across Perth’s major outdoor concert locations.
