Ticketfly Acquires Gigbot
Ticketfly has acquired web-based ticketing platform provider Gigbot, enabling the upstart ticketer to expand its technology offerings to venues and concert promoters.
Gigbot founder Sean Porter joins Ticketfly as vice president of product.
The acquisition also brings Gigbot’s client roster to Ticketfly, including Denver’s Gothic Theatre, The Hi-Dive, Denver Botanic Gardens Summer Concert Series and Cervantes Masterpiece Theatre, as well as The Parish in Austin and The Mint in Los Angeles.
