Maroon 5 Going All Over This Fall
The Los Angeles-based alternative rock band is touring in support of its third studio album, Hands All Over. The record, which is set for release Sept. 21 on A&M/Octone, was produced by Robert John “Mutt” Lange, who has worked with AC/DC, Def Leppard and The Cars.
Fans can catch the video premier of the album’s first single, “Misery,” July 1 on MTV and VH1. The tune was released last week and hits radio airwaves today. Frontman Adam Levine and the gang will debut the track live on “Toyota Concert Series on TODAY” on NBC Friday, July 2.
The second leg of the “Hands All Over” tour begins Oct. 6 at Santa Barbara Bowl in California with shows on the books through an Oct. 29 gig at Shooting Star Casino in Mahnomen, Minn.
Maroon 5 will also be making stops at Greek Theatre in Los Angeles (Oct. 8), Save Mart Center in Fresno (Oct. 14), BOK Center in Tulsa, Okla. (Oct. 19), Superpages.com Center in Dallas (Oct. 21), UIC Pavilion in Chicago (Oct. 27) and Target Center in Minneapolis (Oct. 28).
OneRepublic, Bruno Mars and Ry Cuming will be on board as the second leg’s opening acts.
Ry Cuming is also helping support the first leg of the tour, along with a rotating group of special guests including Owl City, Guster, Kris Allen and VV Brown.
The first leg of the tour begins July 30 at Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and concludes Sept. 1 at Murat Theatre in Indianapolis, Ind.

Hands All Over is the follow-up to 2007’s It Won’t Be Soon Before Long and the band’s debut, 2002’s Songs About Jane. Maroon 5 has sold more than 15 million albums worldwide, with the releases having gone gold and platinum in over 35 countries around the world.
