JoBro Routing Changes

Fans of the Jonas Brothers will want to take a long, hard look at the band’s revised itinerary as several September dates change and the tour adds stops in Mexico, Central America and South America.

Before we get to the changes, we want to point out the brothers have added second shows in a few major markets, scheduling nights No. 2 in Holmdel, N.J., Aug. 17; Wantagh, N.Y., Aug. 22 and Toronto Sept. 3.

Here’s where it gets complicated. The early September run originally scheduled to hit Milwaukee Sept. 7, Saint Paul Sept. 8, Omaha Sept. 9, Englewood, Colo., Sept. 11, Auburn, Wash., Sept. 14 and Vancouver Sept. 15 has been completely revised.

The new schedule shows the band playing West Palm Beach, Fla., at the Cruzan Amphitheatre Sept. 7; Tampa, Fla., at 1-800 Ask–Gary Amphitheatre Sept. 8; San Antonio, Texas, at AT&T Center Sept. 10; The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Sept. 11; Dallas, Texas, at Center Sept. 12 and Chula Vista (San Diego), Calif., at the Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre Sept. 16.

The boys head south of the border beginning in late October, playing Monterrey, Mexico, at Estadio Universitario Oct. 21; Guadalajara, Mexico, at Estadio 3 de Marzo Oct. 23 and Mexico City at Foro Sol Oct. 24.

Central America comes next as the band sets its sights on a Oct. 26 show in San Jose, Costa Rica, before traveling to South America for late October / early November shows in Bogota, Columbia, Lima, Peru, Santiago, Chile, Buenos Aires, Argentina and Brazil cities Sao Paulo, Rio De Janeiro and Porto Alegre.

The group also announced that its complete traveling show, including staging featuring six columns of moving video screens making up a massive video wall, three catwalks up to 40 feet long and other special affects, will accompany them to Central and South America, ensuring that their fans will get a full dose of the phenomena that is the Brothers Jonas.
