It’s been a good year so far for Aldean. He broke attendance records and sold out 39 shows on the first leg of his Wide Open tour. Right now he’s in the studio working on the follow up to his 2009 best-seller Wide Open. That is, when he’s not hitting a few festivals and fairs, like in Twin Lakes, Wis., July 23 and the in Harrington July 31.

While a few dates of the next leg of the Wide Open tour have already been announced, the full schedule shows Aldean kicking off the fall outing in Corbin, Ky., at the Ag & Expo Center Sept. 10. Other stops include York, Pa., at York Fair Grandstand Sept. 17; St. Leonard, Md., at Bayside Pavilion Sept. 19; Cape Girardeau, Mo., at the Show Me Center Sept. 23; Biloxi at Mississippi Coast Coliseum Sept. 25; Tallahassee at Leon County Civic Center Sept. 30; Corpus Christi at the American Ban Center Oct. 8; Moline, Ill., at iWireless Center Oct. 29 and Birmingham, Ala., at BJCC Arena Nov. 19.

Special guest Luke Bryan appears on most dates. Uncle Kracker appears Sept. 17, 19, 30 and Oct. 23.

While announcing the new tour leg, Aldean assured fans that there are a few things they can count on, saying, “The music will be loud, the beer will be cold, and the college football will be on every TV backstage and in the parking lot!”
