Deadmau5 Cancels Dates

Exhaustion has taken its toll on Deadmau5, forcing the electronic music performer to cancel shows in Canada, Japan and Europe.

The unexpected hospital stay has forced Deadmau5 to cancel dates through Aug. 18, including Japan’s Summer Sonic festivals in Osaka and Tokyo Aug. 7-8, Cream at Amnesia Ibiza Aug. 12; Cocorico in Riccione, Italy, Aug. 13; Papaya Summer Festival in Croatia, Aug. 14; Sziget Festival in Budapest Aug. 15; Cavo Paradiso in Mykonos, Greece, Aug. 17 and Opium Mar in Barcelona Aug. 18.

Deadmau5’s representatives point out that only the above dates, as well as Aug. 1 at the in Montreal, are affected and that the artist will play his October North America dates, including Oct. 10, the in San Francisco Oct. 16 and a multiple night run at New York’s Roseland Ballroom Oct. 28-30.
