On Oct. 1-2 Ono will reprise her acclaimed “We Are The Plastic Ono Band” at the Orpheum Theatre. The shows, which feature musical direction from son Sean Ono Lennon, will be backed by Uka Hona and Cornelius, which consists of Keigo Oyamada, Shimmy Hirotaka Shimizu and Yuko Araki. The show will also play host to a few special guests to be announced between now and show time.

Speaking of the guest list, while performing at the Brooklyn Academy Of Music, Ono shared the stage with notable musicians such as Eric Clapton, Paul Simon and Sonic Youth’s Thurston Moore and Kim Gordon. No one’s talking who might appear on the L.A. shows, but the list is being described as “equally illustrious.”

Tickets go on sale this Saturday at 9 a.m. PDT with prices beginning at $60 and running up to $150. For more information, click here for Yoko Ono’s “Imagine Peace” website.
