Beacher’s Takes Hollywood

The Vaudeville-inspired, midget-infused entertainment extravaganza known as Beacher’s Madhouse is invading the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel for a five-year, $25 million run.

Billed as “David Arquette Presents: Beacher’s Madhouse,” the comedy variety show will continue down the path that has seen it act as house band at the Las Vegas Hard Rock 2003-2008.

The show has been on the road ever since, most notably on the Warped and Mayhem summer tours. The renovated Roosevelt venue, located on the lower level of the historic building, will take up 2,500 square feet.

The show will include burlesque dancers, Go-Go girls, musical midget impersonators, animals and fire breathers “just for starters.” The run begins in the fall, with shows Wednesday through Saturday.
