The duo is hosting the in addition to putting on live sketch comedy. Richie Minervini, Owen Benjamin and Steve Byrne will provide stand up comedy performances. The 14-city national tour also includes a few surprise special guests.

Minervini has headlined comedy shows across the country and appeared alongside James in “Paul Blart: Mall Cop” and “The King of Queens.”

Benjamin is a regular correspondent on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and was a regular on MTV’s “Punk’d.” He’s also appeared on “Chelsea Lately” and Comedy Central’s “Live At Gotham,” as well as the films “Chuck and Larry” and “House Bunny.”

Byrne has made appearances on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and “The Late Late Show.” His hour-long special “The Byrne Identity” is currently airing on Comedy Central.

The roadshow begins Nov. 1 at the Orpheum Theatre in Boston and wraps up Nov. 18 at the Balboa Theatre in San Diego.

Additional stops include Avery Fisher Hall in New York (Nov. 5), Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C. (Nov. 8), Cannon Center For The Performing Arts in Memphis, Tenn. (Nov. 12), Verizon Wireless Theater in Houston (Nov. 14) and Dodge Theatre in Phoenix, Ariz. (Nov. 17).

The “Vince Vaughn and Kevin James Comedy Roadshow” is presented by Wild West Picture Show Productions and promoted by Live Nation.

Tickets to the comedy/variety show go on sale Friday, Sept. 17.

After the tour concludes, fans can see Vaghn and James in the new Universal Pictures comedy “The Dilemma.” The flick – which is directed by Ron Howard and also stars Jennifer Connelly, Winona Ryder, Channing Tatum and Queen Latifah – hits theatres Jan. 14, 2011.
