Produced by AEG Live, the “Bo Burnham And (No Friends) Tour” launches about a week after the comedian / musician / singer-songwriter/actor / ’Net celeb sees his latest TV special, “Words, Words, Words,” debut on Comedy Central Oct. 16 while the companion CD/DVD drops Oct. 19.

Burnham begins his journey Oct. 23 in Chicago at Park West followed by Milwaukee at the Turner Hall Ballroom Oct. 24 and Madison, Wis., at Barrymore Theatre Oct. 28.

The itinerary’s city list includes Iowa City, Minneapolis, Boise, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, Houston, New Orleans Philadelphia and Columbus, Ohio.

Something of a new media renaissance man, Burnham’s self-proclaimed “pubescent musical comedy” videos caught the attention of entertainment industry pros while he was still in high school. Since then, his YouTube vids have attracted more than 60 million views.

Burnham recently completed a 30-day run at the Edinburgh Fringe Fest where he won the “Spirit Of the Fringe Award.” Recent film credits include roles in Judd Apatow’s “Funny People” and Billy Federighi’s “Sin Bin.”

Tickets for Burnham’s upcoming tour go on sale Sept. 17 at noon local time. For more information, click here for the Bo Burnham website.
