U2 Heading To Mexico

A colossal cheer encircles the globe as U2 announces its first date in Mexico since 2006.

Well, maybe not the entire globe, but you can bet Mexico City’s residents are pretty happy as the band adds a Mexico City date to its 360° Tour, playing Estadio Azteca May 14. U2 played two shows at the same venue during the Vertigo Tour, Feb. 15-16, 2006.

U2.com subscribers get first crack at tickets in a presale beginning Sept. 24, while Banamex cardholders get an early start beginning Sept. 28. The general public onsale begins Sept. 30.
