Ke$ha Is Europe Bound

The lady with the dollar sign in her name and a party-‘til-you-drop vibe heads across the sea for her first-ever headlining tour of Europe.

Ke$ha’s breakthrough hit, “Tik Tok,” was No. 1 on the charts in 11 countries, so it makes perfect sense for the lady to hit the international concert trail. Touring in support of her smash debut album, Monster, Ke$ha’s European journey begins in Berlin at Columbiahalle Dec. 1 followed by Munich at the Kesselhaus Dec. 2. And yes, Germany was one of the countries where “Tik Tok” dominated the charts.

Other stops include Schladming, Austria, at Planai Arena Dec. 4; Zurich, Switzerland, at X-tra Zurich Dec. 5 and Paris at Trianon Dec. 7. Other countries on the routing include Belgium, Spain, England and Russia.

For those of you filling out your own scorecards, in addition to Germany Tik Tok was No. 1 in Austria, Switzerland, France and Belgium but peaked “only” at No. 5 in Spain and No. 4 in the United Kingdom. Don’t know what happened in Russia.
