Ryan Star Stars In His Own Tour

The singer / songwriter works up a club tour beginning at the end of this month and ships out on a VH1 cruise in April reminding us once again that life is good when you have a best-selling album.

Ryan Star’s latest album, 11:59, contains his biggest hit yet, “Breath,” which is getting Top 15 airplay at Hot AC radio stations while the video receives major rotation on VH1. The song has also been used in promotional spots for Fox’s “American Idol,” “So You Think You Can Dance” and NBC’s The Biggest Loser” while another track from the album, “Brand New Day,” is getting plenty of exposure as the main theme to Fox’s TV series, “Lie To Me.”

The tour begins with an appearance at the Bite Of Las Vegas Food & Music Festival Oct. 23. The club run begins in San Antonio at Korova Oct. 26; plays Houston’s Bronze Peacock at House Of Blues Oct. 27 and plays Dallas at The Door Oct. 29. Other stops include Little Rock, Chicago, Dayton, Grand Rapids, Boston and New York.

Star heads out on a scenic cruise in April with shipmates Train, Lifehouse, Colbie Caillat, The Script and more. Called , the party departs Tampa onboard Carnival Cruise Line’s good ship “Inspiration” April 28.
