Dane Cook Shows Canceled

Citing “personal matters,” comedian Dane Cook scratches four Florida gigs from his itinerary.

Dates affected are Oct. 21 in Tallahassee at the Leon County Civic Center; Oct. 22 in Gainesville at the Stephen O’ Connell Center; Oct. 23 in West Palm Beach at the Cruzan Amphitheatre and Oct. 24 in Tampa at the 1-800 ASK-GARY Amphitheatre.

“I appreciate all the support from my fans in Florida and I promise you all that I will be back soon,” Cook said in a message posted on his website.

Ticket holders will be offered the opportunity to be placed on priority notification once the dates are rescheduled. Refunds are available at points of purchase.

While Cook didn’t specify the nature of “personal matters” resulting in the show cancellatons, last week a Massachusetts judge sentenced his half-brother, Darryl McCauley, to five to six years in prison after McCauley pleaded guilty to stealing millions from the comedian.
