Swift’s Altitude Adjustment

Passengers flying JetBlue out of New York City’s JFK Int’l Airport next week can look forward to something more than a bag of peanuts and a cash bar – a free concert by Taylor Swift.

The country songstress Taylor Swift is scheduled to serenade air travelers next week when she appears on JetBlue’s Terminal 5 concert series at JFK Oct. 27.

But Swift’s appearance at the airline’s terminal is only half the fun. Following the gig, America’s country music sweetheart hops aboard a “Flight Across America” charter where she’ll serenade passengers from coast-to-coast. The terminal and in-flight performances take place only two days after the release of her new album, Speak Now.

The T5 show happens post-security in the Marketplace at JetBlue’s JFK Terminal and is not open to the general public. In other words, you need to be flying to enjoy this freebie performance.

Swift’s “T5” gig is the latest of what has become a very impressive series of concerts at the air terminal. Past JetBlue T5 performers include Dan Dyer, Justin Townes Earle, Sarah McLachlan and Daughtry.
