Yet More Clapton Dates

Not content to play for every man, woman and child in the United Kingdom, Slowhand ventures across the Channel to the continent, extending his schedule into June as he adds dates for Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Eric Clapton has plenty of shows to play during the first few months of 2011. Already on the schedule is a Pacific Rim run in February featuring stops in Singapore and Hong Kong.

But it’s May when things get hectic with the famed guitarist plays The O2 Dublin May 9 followed by 13 (so far) United Kingdom dates, including 10 shows at London’s Royal Albert Hall, four of which are co-bills with his old Blind Faith partner, Steve Winwood.

The new Euro dates are June 6 in Helsinki, Finland, at Hartwall Arena; June 8 in Stockholm, Sweden, at Ericsson Globe; June 9 in Oslo, Norway, at the Norwegian Wood Festival and June 11 in Herning, Denmark, at the Herning Messe Centre.
