Big Shifts At Live Nation

There are some big announcements coming Nov. 3 at Live Nation involving names like Bob Roux, Mark Campana and Ron Bension.  The positions replace Live Nation Global Music CEO Jason Garner, who has left the company.

Campana has been promoted to President of North America, North. Roux has been promoted to President of North America, South.  The two veterans will take over duties previously held by Garner who, according to an 8-K filing, left the company Oct. 29.

Meanwhile, Rick Franks has been promoted to President of North America, Talent/Touring.

Ron Bension has been appointed CEO of the House of Blues and Club division. Bension used to run the Game Works restaurant chain and Universal Studios Theme Parks. He was most recently president of TicketsNow.

Campana will oversee all booking, operations and venues in markets like New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Chicago and Indianapolis. Roux will cover the Southern markets like Florida, Atlanta, Phoenix, Las Vegas New Mexico, California and Seattle.

Campana and Roux are based in Chicago and Houston respectively.
