Neil Young Memorabilia Up In Smoke

Neil Young has probably seen better days. An early morning fire damaged some of his collectibles housed in a San Francisco Bay-area warehouse.

Firefighters arrived at the San Carlos warehouse at about 3 a.m. this morning. According to news reports, a vintage car was among the damaged items kept in the 10,000-square foot warehouse solely used by Young and his family.

Belmont-San Carlos Fire Chief Doug Fry told reporters that fire officials are working with Young’s representatives to move out whatever remains in the warehouse. Other items stored in the building include paintings and six vintage automobiles.
