WMG Buys Roadrunner

Warner Music Group has fully bought Roadrunner Records. WMG already owned about 75 percent of the label.

Some staff changes are expected, mostly at Roadrunner’s head office in the Netherlands, and some support positions will be handled by WMG.

With WMG’s purchase, Roadrunner becomes label mates with Atlantic, Elektra, Asylum, Rhino and Warner Bros. Records.
