McCartney To Play Apollo

How do you get tickets for Paul McCartney’s exclusive concert at Harlem’s famed Apollo Theatre? The short answer is, you can’t. That is, unless you’re a Sirius XM subscriber.

McCartney plays the Apollo Dec. 13 in a show coinciding with the satellite radio service’s launching of a dedicated channel – “Paul McCartney’s Band On The Run Radio,” running commercial free for a month as it serves up everything The Beatles, Wings and solo projects. The channel launches Nov. 30 at 3 p.m. Eastern time and runs through Dec. 26. Just set your dial to Sirius channel 33, XM channel 27 Sirius XM Bootlegs, Sirius Internet Radio at SIR 812 or XM Radio Online at XMRO channel 90.

Sirius XM subscribers will have chances to win ducats via various call-in promotions, not only on the service’s music channels but sports and talk outlets as well. Subscribers can also enter by going to Sirius.com and XMRadio.com.
