Flatiron, Borman Merge

Flatiron Management, with clients including My Morning Jacket, The Sword, and Flight of the Conchords, has merged into Borman Entertainment, the companies announced Nov. 29.

A new company, Flatiron Borman Management, will be based in New York City while Borman Entertainment remains “as is” with offices in Los Angeles and Nashville, where it represents artists including Alison Krauss, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, and Michael Franti & Spearhead, among others.

“As someone who truly appreciates the value of collaboration and teamwork, I am very excited to work with Gary Borman,” said Flatiron’s Mike Martinovich in a statement.

“With his impeccable taste, tenacity and savvy, Mike has built a mighty little company and we’re thrilled beyond words to be united with him and the truly brilliant artists he represents,” Borman Entertainment’s Gary Borman added.
