Guests will include U2 and Bob Geldof, as well as Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman, Hugh Jackman, Cate Blanchett and Russell Crowe.

Bono met with Australian Foreign Affairs Minister Kevin Rudd to discuss Australia’s efforts to reduce rates of HIV and malaria in developing countries. Bono congratulated Rudd on the country’s pledge of 0.5 percent of its gross national income to foreign aid.
