Swift’s global adventure begins in Singapore Feb. 9 and launches in North America with two nights in Omaha May 27-28 and continues until that last note is played in Arlington, Texas at the New Dallas Cowboys Stadium Oct. 8.

But it’s not like all those dates will fill up all of NeedToBreathe’s quality time. The band plans to record and release its next studio album in 2011.

“It means a lot to us that Taylor hand-picked us for her ‘Speak Now’ tour,” NeedToBreathe guitarist / co-songwriter Bo Rinehart said. “Everyone knows she has amazing fans, and we thrive on performing live, especially in front of new audiences.”

In other Swift news, Entertainment Weekly has named her the magazine’s “Entertainer Of The Year,” saying the songstress is the youngest entertainer to receive the award.

Back to the tour. Tickets for several markets go onsale this week – Foxboro, Mass., Atlanta, Montreal, Toronto, Los Angeles, San Jose and Sacramento. For more information, click here for TaylorSwfit.com.
