More Dates For Tokyo Police Club

The Canadian indie band’s U.S. tour grows a bit with the addition of new show listings for late January and early February.

Tokyo Police Club hasn’t exactly been slacking this year. In addition to headlining its own shows, the band has also spent some time supporting Phoenix and Passion Pit and even squeezed in a return visit to the “Late Show With David Letterman.”

Currently on the road (playing Bloomington, Ill., tonight), Tokyo Police Club is touring in support of its second album, Champ, released during the summer.

The new dates include Jan. 23 in Columbus, Ohio, at the Newport Music Hall; Jan. 28 in Fort Lauderdale at Culture Room; Jan. 29 in Jacksonville at Jack Rabbits; Jan. 31 in Baton Rouge at Spanish Moon and Feb. 1 in Dallas at Granada Theatre.

There are also new gigs slated for Austin (Feb. 2), Houston (Feb. 3), Nashville (Feb. 5), Columbia, Mo. (Feb. 7), and Covington, Ky. (Feb. 10).
