McManus Changes NZ Team

Australian-based Andrew McManus of Andrew McManus Presents has announced two additions to his NZ operations.

Jackie Sanders is its new GM, coming from two years at Rhythm and Vines at Gisborne and serving as event managers for The Edge in Auckland and Queens Wharf Event Centre in Wellington. Sanders replaces Leesa Tilley.

McManus also appointed high-profile entertainment publicist Sandra Roberts to head up publicity for the Raggamuffin tour, replacing PR company Publicity Plus.

Raggamuffin this year drew 30,000 to its NZ show before heading on to Australia. The 2011 tour includes Mary J Blige and Jimmy Cliff.
