McFadin Named Showbox GM

Brian McFadin has been named GM of the Showbox at the Market and Showbox SoDo venues in Seattle.

McFadin, marketing manager for the venues, will take over his new position from current GM and Showbox founder Jeff Steichen Jan. 1, according to a statement from AEG Live Pacific Northwest.

The move is part of a planned transition phase related to AEG Live’s purchase of the clubs in 2008, the statement said.

McFadin will remain as marketing manager until a successor is chosen.
