Of course, no one can play every burg, village, city and metropolis in the country, but Matt White and Brendan James have a very extensive tour covering more than 40 cities.

Both artists have new albums. White is touring in support of his sophomore album It’s The Good Crazy and James’ latest, self-titled effort dropped in September, so expect plenty of new tunes from both performers.

“I have been a big fan of Brendan’s for a long time, so I’m very excited for us to bring our music to both coasts and in the middle,” White said. “The idea of having two piano players on tour always fascinated me, like when Elton John and Billy Joel used to go on those dueling piano tours, so it should be fun.”

As mentioned, it’s a very long tour, filled with stops ranging from the Feb. 16 opener in Uncasville, Conn., at the Mohegan Sun to the April 17 Pittsburgh show at the Diesel Club Lounge. In between, look for the piano-men appearing in major markets like Boston (Feb. 17), New York (Feb. 21), Atlanta (March 4), Dallas (March 18), Seattle (March 27) and Los Angeles (April 1).

There are also plenty of stops in slightly smaller markets, including Bay Shore, N.Y. (Feb. 18), Sellersville, Penn. (Feb. 23), Santa Fe, N.M. (March 23), Lawrence, Kan. (April 7) and Akron, Ohio (April 16).
