Each performance will be a journey through the past, starting with The Church playing its 2009 album, Untitled #23 in its entirety. Second album of the night to get the start-to-finish treatment will be 1992’s Priest-Aura with the band’s 1988 classic, Starfish, wrapping things up.

Where can you see one of the best bands that emerged during those mixed-up, crazy years known as the 1980s? With their Australian Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame membership cards still carrying that fresh ink scent, look for the “Future Past Perfect” tour launching in Los Angeles at the El Rey Theatre Feb. 2, playing San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall Feb. 4 then heading up to the Pacific Northwest for two nights at Seattle’s Triple Door Feb. 7-8.
