Black Cancels The Rest Of The Year
Fans looking forward to closing out the year basking in Lewis Black’s patented warmth and humility will have to look elsewhere for a good laugh as the comedian nixes his remaining 2010 dates, citing illness.
Black was scheduled to play the Hard Rock Live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Dec. 30. Replacing Black will be “Tonight Show” host Jay Leno. Tickets for Black’s show will be honored but refunds are available at points of purchase.
Black was also scheduled to play The Improv in West Palm Beach Dec. 31-Jan. 2 but a message on the funny man’s official website says those dates are canceled as well. So far there’s been no word on who will replace Black on those dates.
