Vince Neil’s DUI Trial Pushed Back In Las Vegas

Rocker Vince Neil’s trial on misdemeanor drunken driving and speeding charges has been pushed, thanks to a change in the judge in the case.

The Las Vegas Sun reports that the 49-year-old Motley Crue singer’s case will now be heard by a newly elected judge who is assigned to DUI trials. A Clark County District Attorney’s office spokeswoman said Monday that Neil will go before Justice of the Peace William Kephart on Jan. 26.

His original court date was Jan 6.

Neil has pleaded not guilty to the charges. He is accused of driving while intoxicating and speeding at 60 mph in a 45 mph zone before he was stopped in his Lamborghini sports car by police on June 27 near the Las Vegas Strip.
