Third Time’s A Charm For Interpol

Interpol is offering fans a free download of three bonus tracks as a little incentive to go along with presale tickets to the indie rock band’s newly announced U.S. shows.

The new round of dates marks the group’s third scheduled U.S. run for 2011. The trek kicks off April 13 at Knitting Factory Concert House in Reno, Nev., with shows scheduled through a May 4 gig at Disco Rodeo in Raleigh, N.C.

Additional dates include Sunshine Theatre in Albuquerque, N.M. (April 18), Austin Music Hall in Texas (April 21), House Of Blues in New Orleans (April 26), Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn. (May 2), and Fillmore Charlotte in North Carolina (May 3).

A presale for all new shows kicked off today. Fans that purchase presale tickets will receive a free download including the following tracks: “Specialist” from the band’s 2002 self-titled EP; “Slow Hands” (remixed by Spoon’s Britt Daniel), a bonus track on the Japanese release of 2004’s Antics; and “The Undoing” from the band’s 2010 self-titled full-length album.
