Max Cooperstein Retires

Max Cooperstein of Max C Talent Group has announced his retirement after five decades in the music industry.

Cooperstein worked with artists including Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Muddy Waters, Etta James and Credence Clearwater Revival as an executive at Chess Records and Fantasy Records.

He later spent years as an agent at DeLeon Artists before heading Max C Talent Group. Cooperstein recently finished working with the BBC on a Chess Records documentary.
