More Dates For Crosby & Nash

David Crosby and Graham Nash fill up their Spring calendar with new show listings ranging from Texas to New York.

When the tour was first announced in January, most of the dates referenced were for the West Coast, so today’s update of several new shows turns the outing into a true coast-to-coast affair.

At this point look for the tour to continue moving eastward, playing Newark, Ohio, at Midland Theatre April 27; Pittsburgh at Carnegie Music Hall April 29 and Niagara Falls, N.Y., at the Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel April 30.

Other new stops include Easton, Penn. (May 3), Asbury Park (May 5), Westbury, N.Y. (May 6), Atlantic City (May 13), New York City (May 14), Boston (May 18); Portland, Maine (May 21) and Stamford, Conn. (May 22).

Crosby and Nash will perform acoustic as well as “plugged in” with a backing band consisting of keyboardist James Raymond, Dean Parks on guitar, bassist Kevin McCormick and drummer Steve DiStanislao.

“Touring with a full band gives us the opportunity to do selections from our catalogue that Graham and I haven’t performed live together before,” Crosby said. “We will also be introducing some brand new songs we’ve written that have never been heard onstage or on record.”
