Police Jumped At Korn Concert

Three off-duty police officers sustained minor injuries Feb. 8 when they were jumped as they left a concert co-headlined by Korn and Disturbed at the 10,000-capacity Concrete Street Amphitheatre in Corpus Christi, Texas, according to the city’s KRIS-TV.

The attack reportedly happened when the officers stopped to question a group of men who were allegedly selling bootleg T-shirts at half-price.

The suspects then tried to steal the officers’ wallets. One man was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated assault, aggravated robbery and resisting arrest. Police are seeking seven other suspects, the TV station said.
