The tour is called “Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me,” taking its name from Handler’s upcoming fourth book which drops May 10 on her own imprint, Borderline Amazing/A Chelsea Handler Book, a division of Grand Central Publishing. In one of those rare cases where you actually can tell a book from its cover, “Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me” features her friends and family recounting all the fibs the comedian has dished up through the years.

Joining Handler on the tour will be “Chelsea Lately” comedians/show writers Brad Wollack, Josh Wolf and Heather McDonald.

The funny stuff starts on May 10 in Boston at the Agganis Arena. Other stops include Chicago at the Chicago Theatre May 11; Denver at the Wells Fargo Theatre May 12; Phoenix at the Comerica Theatre May 13; Los Angeles at the Pantages Theatre May 14; Oakland at the Paramount Theatre May 15 and Upper Darby (Philly), Penn., at the Tower Theatre.

Also look for Handler and her crew in New York (May 21), Detroit (June 3), Minneapolis (June 4), Atlanta (June 10), Washington, D.C. (June 11), Austin (June 12), Houston (June 17), Dallas (June 18), Kansas City (June 19), Portland, Ore. (June 24) and Seattle (June 25).
