Juanes To Make Facebook History

The Colombian superstar will sit for the first-ever Facebook Live interview done in Spanish.

The interview takes place at Facebook’s California HQ Monday, Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. Pacific time and is part of a series featuring global movers and shakers including Bono, Bill Gates and President George W. Bush. Juanes’ Facebook Live moment occurs one day before he begins rehearsals for his upcoming P.A.R.C.E. Tour which begins March 19 in Seattle.

Speaking of Juanes’ upcoming tour, you might remember the brouhaha raised by Cuban exiles in Miami over the Colombian artist’s plans to play that city’s AmericanAirlines Arena during the week of the 50th anniversary of the failed “Bay Of Pigs” invasion resulting in the show originally scheduled for April 15 being moved to October 15. But what you may not have heard is that Juanes also moved another Florida date – April 17 in Orlando at the Amway Center – to Oct. 16.
