Nateva Music Festival Announces 2011 Lineup

Nateva Music & Camping Festival is returning for a second year with a lineup that features Grateful Dead’s Bob Weir, Thievery Corporation and STS9.

The festival takes place Aug. 4-7 in Oxford, Maine, which is located about 45 minutes from Portland, Maine, or about 2.5 hours from Boston.

The four-day event will once again feature more than 40 bands on four stages. Along with STS9, returning artists include Ghostland Observatory, Moonalice, Keller Williams, Jackie Greene, Max Creek, The McLovins and Gypsy Tailwind.

Fans will also hear from Gregg Allman, John Butler Trio, Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, Guster, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Big Head Todd & The Monsters, 7 Walkers featuring Grateful Dead’s Bill Kreutzmann, Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue, and an acoustic set with Chris Robinson and Jackie Greene.

In addition to great music, festival attractions include yoga, a local farmer market, late night big screen movies, late-late night silent disco, dozens of food and craft vendors, and massage and healing therapies.

Tickets are on sale now. Four-day passes are priced at $219 and three-day passes are $189. All tickets include camping and parking. A layaway plan is available.

VIP four-day passes are available for $425. VIP perks include preferred sightlines via special viewing platforms, preferred parking and camping, access to a preferred VIP dining and lounging area, and a 2011 Nateva gift bag.
