If you had asked any concert biz professional back in January about which live acts would be in demand in early 2011, chances of anyone answering “that guy from the ‘Two And A Half Men’ sitcom” would be nil. But a very public battle between Sheen, Warner Bros. and the show’s producers over Sheen’s wild off-set escapades captivated multiple news cycles with the actor often turning to online outlets such as Twitter and YouTube to make sure the world heard his side of the story.

The first two announced dates – Detroit April 2 and Chicago April 3 – sold out in minutes and ticket demand for Sheen’s April 8 appearance at New York’s Radio City Music Hall quickly prompted promoters to add a second night, April 10, which as of this morning has only single seats available.

Now Sheen has added several new dates to his “Violent Torpedo Of Truth/Defeat Is Not An Option Tour,” including Toronto’s Massey Hall April 14; Atlantic City’s Mark G. Etess Arena April 16; Washington, D.C., at DAR Constitution Hall April 19; Atlanta’s Fox Theater April 21 and Tampa’s St. Pete Times Union April 22.

But wait, there’s more “tiger blood” where that came from with shows now planned for Fort Lauderdale (April 23), Houston (April 26), Dallas (April 27), Denver (April 28), San Francisco (April 30), Vancouver (May 2) and Seattle (May 3).

Tickets, including meet-and-greets, for the new dates go on sale March 19. Check out CharlieSheen.com for more information.
