Grants Get Aussie Acts On Road

In its latest round of grants, funding body the Australia Council handed out $807,000 for 66 projects.

Acts included Cloud Control, Deep Sea Arcade, PVT Music, Washington and Topology, many using the money to attend South By Southwest, following up with U.S. club dates.

Through other categories, acts including Perry Keyes, Gian Slater and The Firekites got funding for new work while The Dreaming, What is Music and Electrofringe festivals were also recipients.
