Buffalo Springfield Back In California

Buffalo Springfield is warming up for its set at with a limited number of California shows.

In October the surviving members of Buffalo Springfield performed together publicly for the first time in 42 years with two nights at Bridge School Benefit in Mountain View, Calif.

The benefit shows featured Neil Young, Stephen Stills and Richie Furay along with drummer Joe Vitale and Young’s longtime bassist Rick Rosas. The rock band was formed in 1966 and broke up less than three years later. Original bassist Bruce Palmer died in 2004 and drummer Dewey Martin died in 2009.
